Shafts & Pulleys

Every month Beta Engineering Services machine 300 sets of pulleys and shafts for our customer's chisel sharpening machine. The shafts are turned from mild steel with one half misaligned by 1 degree and high tolerance bearing fits on the diameters. We machine two types of pulleys with tolerances of 25 micrometers from 6082 Aluminium.
