Brass Cooling Manifolds

Using our Brother TCS-21 high-speed drill and tap centers with 6 pneumatic vice locations, we can machine these complex cooling manifolds complete with 1 set up through 6 operations. Our material stockists supply us with a custom size of CZ121 brass 56 x 32 x 80mm to reduce material cost and machining time. These parts are machined in batches of 500 parts.
